Katiba Institute seeks to engage the services of a consultant for 15 consultancy days spread over 5 months to provide expert analysis of Environmental Impact Assessments and related documents presented to the National Environment Management Authority, in support of infrastructure development projects. The consultant must be able to analyse environmental regulatory documents, determine the extent to which they comply with Kenyan and national laws, regulations, and best practices, and concisely synthesize this information in preparation for litigation.
