CALL FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST: External Project Evaluation
Katiba Institute is looking for a consultant to conduct an external evaluation of the project to measure the progress made towards achievement of the outcomes and objectives and the extent to which the goal has
been achieved, and to do an assessment of the financial management of the project, including anticorruption measures. The findings of the evaluation will provide recommendations from the
implementation which will guide Katiba Institute in its reflections and plans to sustain the impact
and scale up the project to other areas.
